Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Shopify – e-commerce platform, customer accounts and order management
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna, MobilePay and online bank payments) – payment processing
- Posti and Matkahuolto – deliveries
- Appstle – subscription management
- Newsletter and form services – newsletters and contact forms
- Analytics services – website usage statistics
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some service providers (e.g. Shopify) may process data outside the EU and EEA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted by the GDPR.
Retention periods
- Order and accounting data: 6 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Accounting Act
- Customer account: until you delete the account or ask us to delete your data
- Subscription data: for the duration of the subscription and thereafter as required by law
- Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe
- Customer service messages: up to 2 years after the matter has been closed
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the store (e.g. cart and login). Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent. You can change your choices in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to asiakaspalvelu@robustnordic.fi.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
