Returns

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product. In addition we offer 30-day returns: you can return unopened products within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Supplements and other health and hygiene products are sealed. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products whose seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened (Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6, section 16). This does not apply to faulty products.

1. Notify us by email at asiakaspalvelu@robustnordic.fi within the return period. Include your order number and the products you are returning. You can also use a free-form withdrawal notice.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the products to us within 14 days of your notice, in their original unopened packaging.

The customer pays the return postage. If the product is faulty or damaged, or we have sent the wrong product, we pay for the return.

We refund the price of the products and the original delivery cost (based on the cheapest delivery method) within 14 days of your return notice, using the payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

If the parcel was damaged in transit or a product is faulty, let us know as soon as possible and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase.

The right of return applies to each subscription delivery separately. You can pause or cancel your subscription in your account in accordance with the terms of purchase.
