Where are the products made?

All our products are made in a certified factory in Seinรคjoki!

How can I be sure of the product's quality?

You can be sure of the quality and purity of our products, as they are manufactured to strict quality standards.ย and their manufacturing process is constantly monitored.

All raw materials come from certified suppliers and are both analyzed and documented before use. They also have traceability in accordance with the EU directive.

Robust's products are among the few that do not contain any magnesium stearate and are therefore gentle and stomach-friendly.

How do I store the products?

Products should be stored at dry room temperature and protected from light. Moisture can damageย products, so they should not be stored in dampย in spaces such as a refrigerator.

The best before date can be found on the back of the can.

When and how do I receive the products I ordered?

Can I cancel the contract?

You can cancel your current orders at any time. Please note, however, that after the normal 14-day cancellation and return period has expired, you must still receive all products that have already been delivered.

If you want to cancel your fixed-term subscription before the end of the subscription period, it requires a valid reason if the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Protection Act has already passed.

In such situations, please contact our customer service and we will help you through the process.

Can I return the product?

Our customers have a 14-day right of cancellation and return according to the Consumer Protection Act, which starts with receiving the first batch of products and receiving the order confirmation. The product can be returned within this time if it is unused.

What happens if I don't pay my bill?

If the customer does not pay the invoice, a reminder invoice will be sent to him via the debt collection company. If this does not lead to payment either, the receivable is transferred to collection in accordance with the provisions of the Collection Act.
